As our SaaS platform grows past MVP stage, we're looking for a talented UX/UI designer to help us shape the future of digital content production.
Project Scope
- Duration: Minimum 3 month (option to extend)
- Work arrangement: Flexible freelance (3-5 days/week)
- Location: Cape Town office
- Collaboration: Daily communication with Netherlands HQ via video
Core Responsibilities
- Establishing solid PM workflows
Manage multiple concurrent projects across enterprise and SMBE clients - Guide projects from concept to completion ensuring smooth workflows
- Create and maintain project documentation including estimates, SOWs, and budget trackers
- Facilitate clear communication between remote teams and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones
- Coordinate with international team members across time zones
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years minimum agency experience
- Experience managing traditional production projects and campaigns
- Proficiency in project management and documentation
- Strong client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with remote team collaboration
Bonus Skills
- Experience in tech environments
- Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with Figma
- Experience with international team coordination
- Understanding of creative production workflows
- Budget management experience
