We're seeking a passionate Junior Digital Creative to join our dynamic team as we continue to digitize the industry through groundbreaking AI-powered solutions.
Project Scope
- Duration: Minimum 1 month (option to extend)
- Work arrangement: Full-time freelance (5 days/week)
- Location: Cape Town office / Remote
- Collaboration: Daily communication with Netherlands HQ via video calls
Core Responsibilities
- Learn and master GenAI technology techniques and methods
- Develop comprehensive moodboards and prompt strategies with senior creatives
- Create captivating commercial content aligned with client briefs
- Support the creative team in research, pitches, and executions
- Conduct quality assurance on generated content
- Collaborate with international team members across time zones
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years agency/studio experience
- Strong visual creative background in one or more: photography, retouching, graphic design, art direction
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Attention to detail and quality control
Bonus Skills
- Stable Diffusion/ ComfyUI
- Video editing experience
- Experience with AI tools and platforms
- Understanding of commercial photography
- Project management capabilities
- Experience working with international teams
